QuantiGene Plex è un saggio estremamente accurato e preciso per la quantificazione dell’espressione genica multi-parametroUtilizzando la tecnologia Luminex® xMAP®, QuantiGene Plex permette la misurazione contemporanea da 3 a 80 RNA differenti in ogni pozzetto di una piastra da 96.

QuantiGene Plex incorpora l’esclusiva e clinicamente testata tecnologia “Branched DNA” di Siemens che permette la misurazione di trascritti a RNA tramite amplificazione del segnale piuttosto che tramite amplificazione della sequenza. Semplice e facile da utilizzare, QuantiGene Plex non richiede estrazione di RNA, sintesi di cDNA o amplificazione tramite PCRQuantiGene Plex è il saggio ideale per validare dati ottenuti tramite GeneChip® o NGS, e per bio-marker ottenuti tramite la ricerca traslazionale.
